Technip Energies has onboarded 317 young trainees in India this year through its campus outreach programme across its offices in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Modular Manufacturing Yard in Dahej, Gujarat.
This talent acquisition drive included participation in campus placements across leading engineering institutions including IITs and NITs.
Around 60% of these hires are women, reaffirming Technip Energies’ commitment to gender equality and diversity. In 2023, Technip Energies hired 52% women in its global graduate intake.

India has the second-highest number of employees at Technip Energies and is making a substantial contribution to the company's overall headcount worldwide.
