Technip Energies is building a better future after undertaking multiple real estate developments in 2024. And there are more to come in 2025.

In 2024, Technip Energies’ Real Estate & Facilities team completed projects in Belgium, India, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States. Extensive refurbishments were done in France, Malaysia, Qatar, Spain, and in the United States.

Technip Energies is investing in its premises to contribute to employee wellbeing and increase attractiveness.

Frédérique Le Moigne, VP Real Estate & Facilities at Technip Energies, said: “Since its creation in 2021, Technip Energies has made the Origine building in Paris its headquarters, which has helped shape our strategy for other developments around the world through design and construction.”

When choosing premises, Technip Energies considers certifications such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), as well as best local standards and cultural considerations.

Technip Energies’ main sources of GHG emissions, direct (scope 1) and indirect (scope 2) are its offices and industrial sites.

In 2022, Technip Energies established a Five-Point Action Plan to achieve Net Zero Scope 1 & 2 emissions by 2030. The company has already met the 2025 target of a 30% reduction.

Technip Energies plans more developments in 2025, including office relocations, refurbishments, expansions or new premises in France, Germany, India, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom and United States.

By 2027, all Technip Energies’ main operating centers are expected to be modern and sustainable.
