Technip Energies N.V. (Paris:TE) (ISIN:NL0014559478) announces the resumption, starting from today, of the liquidity agreement entered into with Kepler Cheuvreux dated July 9, 2021 (the "Liquidity Contract"), which had been suspended as of November 22, 2022.
As of today, the number of shares and amount allocated to the Liquidity Contract are:
- 8,900 shares and
- €9,780,454.34
